ADA Celebration – 36th Anniversary
Join us as we celebrate the 36th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in partnership with ACLU of Michigan, Arc of the Lakeshore, and Moka.
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a landmark civil rights law that protects the rights of people with disabilities, ensuring equal access and opportunity in areas like employment, public spaces, transportation, and community life. This event is a chance to reflect on the progress made, recognize the work still ahead, and come together as a community.
A voter registration table will also be available during the event.
Date: July 24
Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
