Lunch & Learn Series: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEI&A) Training
What Is DEI&A Training?
- For communities to be truly Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive, they also need to be Accessible to all. People with disabilities are the largest minority group and are often left out of D, E, and I conversations and initiatives, which is why we emphasize adding the A for Accessibility.

- The definition of disability
- Disability as it pertains to DEI&A
- Respectful interactions
- Inclusion
- Ableism
- Centers for Independent Living and the IL Philosophy
