Topic: Managing the Holiday Blues
If the holiday season tends to leave you feeling anxious, lonely, or just stretched too thin, you’re not alone. Connect with other women who understand, gain new coping tools, and leave feeling calmer and more in control this holiday season.
Together we’ll share simple, practical ways to reduce stress, set healthy boundaries, and care for ourselves emotionally.
