Topic: Managing the Holiday Blues

If the holiday season tends to leave you feeling anxious, lonely, or just stretched too thin, you’re not alone. Connect with other women who understand, gain new coping tools, and leave feeling calmer and more in control this holiday season.

Together we’ll share simple, practical ways to reduce stress, set healthy boundaries, and care for ourselves emotionally.

Are you feeling isolated and bored? Would you like the opportunity to share your triumphs, struggles, and insights with others who can understand, empathize with, and benefit from your experiences?

Please join us for our virtual women’s support group meetings, where you and other women with disabilities determine the topics for discussion. We are a friendly group that discusses such topics as employment, travel, hobbies, advocacy, and more, all from our unique perspective as women with disabilities.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • A place to unwind by sharing your struggles with others who can relate to your experiences in a judgement-free environment
  • A chance to put your problems into perspective by being supportive of others

  • Lunch Provided from 12 – 12:30
